Ordering Exam and Desk Copies Examination copies are available on a 60-day approval basis. If you wish to obtain examination copies of Monthly Review Press titles, please submit your request on school letterhead and include course title and projected enrollment. A special invoice will accompany each title sent to you. If 15 or more copies of the book(s) are ordered within 60 days, please return the invoice to us with notification that a bookstore order will be placed. We will then cancel the invoice and the book may be kept as your desk copy. If you decide not to adopt, the book may be purchased at a 20% academic discount (including $4.00 for P&H), or returned in saleable condition within the 60-day period. We reserve the right to limit examination copies to appropriate courses. For stock availability or
